Progressive jam trio Lespecial announced their 2019 Fall Tour earlier this morning, outlining over thirty scheduled performances that will start by covering the northeast from Maine to Connecticut, before hitting spots along the east coast all the way down to Atlanta.
The middle of the fall tour will take the trio out west, for performances in Missouri, Nebraska, and multiple cities in Colorado including Denver, Steamboat Springs, and Fort Collins. Then, in a very exciting deal for the band, the end of the tour will see them open five consecutive nights for jamtronica leaders Lotus during their New Years Eve Run, with shows at Stage AE, Brooklyn Steele, Royale Boston, and then two nights at Rams Head in Baltimore. Other dates will see the trio open for groove rock foursome Aqueous and dance jamband Pigeons Playing Ping Pong.
Kicking off the fall tour will be the ninth Lespectacle, a yearly, multi-artist event hosted and headlined by Lespecial and featuring an array of other acts. Joining them for this year’s Lespectacle will be Esseks, Supersillyus, Lifeband, Mad Midi, Matt Carey, and special guests to be announced.
In addition to the Fall tour announce, Lespecial is scheduled next month to headline Just Joshin’ Music Festival in Hebron, CT on Saturday October 5. They will perform beside popular northeast acts like Creamery Station, No Mind, Joon, and more. Then, on On October 14, Lesepcial bassist Luke Bemand will be a part of Brooklyn Bowl’s GrooveSafe Allstars show, playing beside members of Turkuaz, Goose, Escaper, and more.
