Twiddle are blazing through their Road to Red Rocks Tour, which has them currently playing a string of shows in the northeast. This weekend, on Friday April 13 and Saturday, April 14, the tour brought them to Ithaca NY’s The State Theatre for what were a blistering couple of shows. Packing the upstate concert hall with devoted Twiddle fans, the four piece delivered everything from Tom Petty covers to Mihali rocking an acoustic for night one set one.
Opening up for Twiddle were Boston-based jamband Strange Machines, who are seeing quite the meteoric rise on the scene lately. In addition to Twiddle, Strange Machines have recently opened for The Disco Biscuits, Lotus, Lettuce, and more.
Coming up next for Twiddle will be a show at Burlington VT’s Higher Ground this Thursday, on April 19, and followed by a show at New Haven, CT’s College Street Music Hall on Friday, April 20.
