Next week, pioneer jamgrass group Leftover Salmon will kick off their fall 2017 tour. Dubbed the Acoustic Living Room Tour, the run will have the six piece perform a series of shows at intimate venues along the east coast. These rare, acoustic sets will likely be sure to evince both the heart of the band’s rich songwriting and their collectively adept musicianship.
After the tour begins on Nov. 9 at Boston music venue The Regent Theatre, a portion of the Living Room Tour will take place in several different locations of the City Winery franchise. The first week will hit NYC on Nov. 10, and the following week the City Winery locations of Atlanta, on Nov 17, and Nashville, on Nov. 18. Each of the City Winery shows will feature an early show at 7PM and a later show at 10PM.
In between those weekends the acoustic tour will take Salmon to Infinity Hall in Hartford, Connecticut, Gypsy Sally’s in Washington, DC, Ram’s Head in Annapolis, MD, and then The Broadberry and Rives Theatre in Virginia.
After the acoustic tour, the band will rev things back up out west throughout November and December. They’ll play with guests Jennifer Hartswick and Skerik for their annual Thanksgiving shows in Colorado, return to the highly anticipated third year of Strings and Sol, and close out their busy year at The Casino Ballroom in Crystal Bay, Nevada.
